                        8月14日，中国机电商会常务副会长兼专家委员会主任委员郑超一行在张家口市与副市长闫利艳等举行会谈，双方就深化合作、推动绿色共赢发展进行了深入交流。

                        张家口市副市长闫利艳对郑超一行表示欢迎，她表示，当前张家口坚定走绿色发展之路，加快打造国际数据中心集群，建设现代化产业体系。未来，希望双方加强在绿色能源、基础设施和智能化数字化等领域的合作，积极探索各种合作模式和实现路径，共同促进区域经济高质量发展。
                        中国机电商会常务副会长兼专家委员会主任委员郑超介绍了当前中国机电商会立足对外开放和绿色低碳转型的新趋势、新需求，积极搭建国际产业合作机制新服务平台等情况。他表示，希望能够充分发挥中国机电商会和专家委员会的优势，精准对接张家口市经济社会发展需求，为张家口实现高质量跨越式发展贡献力量。

有限公司首席执行官黄彦翔就张家口市绿色低碳转型及碳标识应用落地方案进行了汇报。作为全国首批25个碳达峰试点城市之一，2024年6月28日，张家口市人民政府印发《国家碳达峰试点（张家口）实施方案》，公布推动张家口市碳达峰目标实现的“四大任务”，分别是推进能源绿色低碳转型、提升能源资源利用效率、推动重点行业绿色低碳发展和促进交通运输绿色低碳发展，并积极探索创新张家口市碳排放管理制度、发扬发挥冬奥碳中和经验，积极稳妥推进张家口市国家碳达峰试点城市建设。
                        立足张家口市资源禀赋，黄彦翔建议张家口市因地制宜，充分挖掘和发挥地区优势与特色来推动重点行业绿色低碳发展，聚焦于以绿色低碳转型赋能新能源装备制造业、大数据产业、现代冰雪产业、汽车产业和农牧业五大特色产业，如：发挥基建+产业双重基础，打造“冰雪产业+旅游业”绿色低碳发展标杆；充分利用气候、环境与能源优势，发展碳中和大数据产业与绿色低碳农牧业等。关于碳标识应用落地方面，黄彦翔建议以张家口市光伏、风电、大数据产业、农牧业及冰雪产业等重点领域重点产品为基础，探索建立张家口市产品碳足迹核算和认证体系，推广产品碳标识，推动绿色采购和绿色消费。
