                        工信部：印发《2025年工业和信息化标准工作要点》
                        4月8日，工业和信息化部印发《2025年工业和信息化标准工作要点》。《要点》指出：
                        • 加强标准对行业的服务。建立健全智能制造、工业互联网、云计算、智慧家庭、全固态电池、汽车碳足迹等标准体系，以高水平标准建设服务行业高质量发展。
                        • 加强碳管理标准建设。落实工业领域碳达峰碳中和标准体系建设指南，全方位布局温室气体相关标准，涵盖基础通用、核算核查、技术装备、监测以及管理评价等关键方面。开展工业和信息化领域产品碳足迹核算规则标准的制修订，研制碳达峰碳中和计量技术规范。制定工业领域清洁低碳氢应用等标准。
                        • 加强绿色制造标准建设。制修订绿色工厂、绿色工业园区、绿色供应链评价通则以及绿色设计技术规范等标准，分行业修订绿色工厂评价标准。
                        美国纽约州：拟要求大型排放行业强制性报告温室气体排放
                        3月26日，纽约州环境部（DEC）发布一项拟议法规草案，要求部分重要温室气体（GHG）排放源进行报告，以更好地支持该州在减少污染、改善空气质量、增强社区韧性以及推动向清洁能源经济公平转型方面的全面努力。

                        DEC起草的《强制温室气体报告计划》（Mandatory Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program）仅用于数据收集，不对设施施加减少温室气体排放或取得排放配额的要求。需报告排放数据的设施将自2027年6月起，每年向DEC提交前一年度的相关温室气体排放数据和信息。部分大型排放源还需每年通过DEC认证的第三方核查服务，对其报告数据进行核实。

                        上海市监局：推动钢铁、化工等领域链主企业加大碳标识等涉碳类认证结果采信力度
                        4月7日，上海市市场监督管理局印发《上海市促进检验检测认证行业高质量发展行动方案（2025—2027年）》。《方案》提出推行涉碳类认证：
                        • 加强绿色制造标准建设。制修订绿色工厂、绿色工业园区、绿色供应链评价通则以及绿色设计技术规范等标准，分行业修订绿色工厂评价标准。
                        • 推动重点产品国家碳足迹标识认证试点工作，率先在钢铁、电机等行业编制国际通行的碳足迹认证规则，完成20个与国际接轨的产品碳标识认证配套技术文件，推动形成30个产品碳标识认证试点应用示范。
                        • 推动金融机构，以及钢铁、化工、建材、电子、快消品等领域链主企业，加大碳标识等涉碳类认证结果采信力度。
                        • 开展绿色产品认证评价技术研发，在农业、建材、交通、生态环保等重点领域推动绿色产品认证应用。
                        • 鼓励检验检测认证机构提升应对碳边境调节机制（CBAM）相关技术服务能力，拓展环境、社会和公司治理（ESG）业务。
                        北京市：将选取部分行业企业开展产品和服务碳标识认证试点，推动新型绿色专业服务业发展
                        近日，北京发布《进一步推动首都高质量发展取得新突破行动方案2025年工作要点》，提出了27条措施，并细化为重点任务157项、拟出台重点政策25项。《工作要点》提出培育战略性基础性绿色产业，将培育战略性基础性绿色产业，研究绿色先进能源与低碳环保等产业政策，还将开展重点产品碳足迹核算研究，选取部分行业企业开展产品和服务碳标识认证试点，推动新型绿色专业服务业发展。
                        深圳市：发布19条措施支持探索超大城市碳达峰路径
                        3月27日，人民银行深圳市分行联合深圳金融监管局、深圳证监局等部门印发《关于统筹做好深圳绿色金融大文章 支持碳达峰试点城市建设的行动方案》，聚焦强化重点领域金融支持、丰富绿色金融产品供给、提升金融机构绿色金融服务能力、促进“五篇大文章”融合发展等四大方面，加力做好绿色金融大文章，服务深圳碳达峰试点城市建设，打造可持续发展先锋。
                        《方案》提出，支持扩大绿色消费，丰富新能源汽车、绿色家居家电等场景金融产品供给。同时，围绕气候投融资试点、近零碳排放区试点、碳中和试点示范区建设，示范推广绿色低碳技术，探索多元化、综合性金融支持模式。支持金融机构加强与第三方专业机构的合作，运用数字技术收集碳足迹信息，提升碳减排计量、核算和披露水平，提高绿色金融风险管理能力。

                        Henry Schein 汉瑞祥：2050年净零排放目标获得SBTi验证
                        4月7日，全球领先的牙科及医疗办公健康护理解决方案供应商Henry Schein（Nasdaq： HSIC）宣布，其近期和远期的科学减排目标已获科学碳目标倡议（SBTi）批准，同时Henry Schein到2050年实现净零排放的科学碳目标也已获得官方验证。
                        Henry Schein承诺的净零目标包括：
                        • 到 2050 年，将范围 1 的绝对温室气体排放量从 2022 年基准年减少 90%；
                        • 到 2030 年，继续积极每年采购 100% 可再生电力；
                        • 到 2050 年，将范围 3 温室气体排放量从 2022 年基准年每百万美元增加值（毛利润）减少 97%。

                        4月3日，中山公用集团、火炬工业集团与合肥原力众合能源科技有限公司正式签署零碳园区建设合作协议。三方将围绕“能碳管理—零碳园区—国家级示范”三级跃迁目标，分阶段推进园区综合能碳管理平台、区域级虚拟电厂、源网荷储一体化等核心项目建设，打造集政策适配、技术集成、资金平衡、运营服务于一体的零碳园区示范体系。

                        4月11日，权威认证机构intertek天祥为岚图汽车旗下再生面料、再生铝合金、再生碳酸锂产品颁发产品碳足迹核查声明证书。

                        近日，权威认证机构CQC中国质量认证中心为广东宝士电气有限公司颁发其BSM2、BSM3、BSM7等系列产品的产品碳足迹核查声明证书，以及温室气体核查声明。
